Dear Sclerder Abbey friends,

We hope that this invitation will find you in good health and ready to spend some healthy and joyful time with your family and friends during these coming summer weeks.
As you know the Sclerder Family Festival will be held this year on

18th of August from 11am to 8pm

The theme of this year’s Festival is UBUNTU*.

*Ubuntu is a Bantu word used by Nelson Mandela, former South African President, as his motto. Ubuntu means a quality that includes the essential human virtues; compassion, humanity, hospitality, fraternity, in other words:I am, because I belong …”  (to a family, to a community…)
We will be more than happy to welcome you again.

But please this time, do come with your friends, with all of them! – Please bring them along or send them this invitation by email (with the poster attached).

Helpers needed:

We are also looking for some more helpers. If some of you would just like to help on this day please feel free to make it known to us and tell us your preferences (food tent, workshops, arts and craft, playing music or singing, or any other gift of yours?)

Thank you for your help and cooperation and hope to see you again.

May God bless you and your family.
